Learned State counsel submits that according to the reply submitted by the State, husband of petitioner died in harness on 03.11.1999 PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 while he was in service under the Government of Madhya Pradesh. She also submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved of non-payment of death-cum-retiral dues, petitioner has to approach before the other forum by way of filing appropriate proceeding. 2. Submission made by learned counsel for the State is not disputed by the counsel for petitioner with respect to date of death of husband of petitioner on 03.11.1999. On the said date, service of husband of petitioner is with the erstwhile State of Madhya Pradesh, cause of action arose in the State of Madhya Pradesh and therefore petitioner can file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum impleading the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance. 3. In view of observation made above, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
