2. According to petitioner, an ex parte interim injunction was granted against him in O.S. No. 182/2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that petitioner is yet to file objection to the temporary injunction application. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
“I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to set aside the order dated 02.07.2026 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Original Suit No. 182 of 2026
“Indrajeet Singh and another Versus Rajendra Singh”, (contained as Annexure no. 1 of the writ petition page no. 12 to 14).
II. Issue a writ, rule, order or direction to the learned trial court to decide the temporary injunction application 6C in Original Suit No. 182 of 2026 “02.07.2026 passed by Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Original Suit No. 182 of 2026 “Indrajeet Singh and another Versus Rajendra Singh” within any stipulate time bound period as per order 39 rule 3A after the appearance of the petitioner/defendant or the next date fixed before learned trial Court.”

4. The next date fixed before the Civil Court is 16.07.2026. Since petitioner has not filed objection to the temporary injunction application, therefore, petitioner is permitted to file objection within 15 days. Subject to petitioner filing objection to the temporary injunction application within stipulated time, the application filed by petitioner under Order 39 Rule 3A CPC shall be considered by the court concerned on any date within two weeks after filing of objection by the petitioner.
5. The writ petitions stands disposed of accordingly.
