P.P. 02/ 30.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with NDPS Case No. 06 of 2025, corresponding to Petarwar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025, registered under sections 20(b) (ii) (C)/27 (A)/25 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners has come in the confessional statement and recovery of contraband has been made from the house of Chintu Saw. He next submits that so far petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are having two criminal antecedents. He next submits that in identical situation four of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 257 of 2026 and A.B.A. No. 6296 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are having criminal antecedents and the co- accused persons who have been granted anticipatory bail, they have got no criminal antecedent. 5. It transpires that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are having two criminal antecedents and the co-accused persons who have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, they have got no criminal antecedent. In view of that I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 namely, Rajesh Saw and Karu Saw. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, is hereby rejected. 6. So far prayer of bail on behalf of petitioner no.3 is concerned, the ( 2026:JHHC:12699 ) petitioner no.3 has got no criminal antecedent and in identical situation the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, as they have got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.3. Accordingly, the petitioner no.3 namely, Sujit Kumar Saw @ Litu @ Sujeet @ Lattu is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner no.3 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro, in connection with NDPS Case No. 06 of 2025, corresponding to Petarwar P.S.
