The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charges in the case were framed on 02.06.2026 and that the matter has been fixed on 30.06.2026 for recording of evidence. The scanned copy of the TCR has been perused. Upon going through the same, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of bail at this stage. Accordingly, the bail petition stands rejected at this stage.
