A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondent no.5 and 6 from plying their vehicles in the petitioner's routes i.e. Dehradun-Vikasnagar-Dakpatthar of which the respondent no.5 and 6 are not authorized. II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the official respondent i.e. respondent no. 4 to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the respondent no.5 and 6 for illegal operation of the vehicle on the petitioner's route. 3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, UKHC010126922023 2026:UHC:5726 especially order passed by Additional Transport Commissioner, Uttarakhand on 07.07.2026, petitioner do not want to press the writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 4.
