2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
“I. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondent no.5 and 6 from plying their vehicles in the petitioner's routes i.e. Dehradun-Vikasnagar-Dakpatthar of which the respondent no.5 and 6 are not authorized.
II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the official respondent i.e. respondent no. 4 to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the respondent no.5 and 6 for illegal operation of the vehicle on the petitioner's route.
3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development,

order passed by Additional Transport Commissioner, Uttarakhand on 07.07.2026, petitioner do not want to press the writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
4. In view of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
