The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 2nd July, 2020 for shifting of an electricity pole from the premises of the petitioner. 3. On behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the entire exercise of shifting the pole is a complicated task keeping in mind the techno feasibility for shifting such pole. 4. In view of the above, WPA/10292/2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 2 2nd July, 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
