Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking benefit of Second A.C.P. to her which was entitled from 02.09.2024. 4. This Court had directed the State Counsel to apprise the Court as to whether the case of the petitioner was covered by the judgment dated 03.12.2025 rendered by Co-ordinate Bench in WPSS No.1993 of 2025 or not. 5. Today, learned State Counsel has supplied the instructions dated 10.07.2026 to the Court, which are taken on record. On instructions, he contends that petitioner has now been granted benefit of Second A.C.P. at pay level-10 w.e.f. 02.09.2024 vide order dated 10.07.2026. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. 7. Since the grievance raised by the petitioner has now been redressed vide order dated 10.07.2026 and UKHC010105302026 2026:UHC:5688 she was granted benefit of Second A.C.P. at pay level-10 w.e.f. 02.09.2024, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the arrears of salary payable to the petitioner on account of the grant of the Second A.C.P. shall also be paid to her within six months.
