Civil Writ Petition No.1316/2004, which was dismissed vide order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 11.02.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1316/2004 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. Rs.1,000/- is to be deposited with Munshi Sangh, Jaipur.
