The innocuous prayer made in this application by the Petitioner is to the effect that the objection filed by the Petitioner under Section 7(2) of the OPLE Act, 1972 pursuant to the notice of the Opposite Party No.3 in encroachment case No.336/2025-26 to be considered in accordance with law. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that pursuant to the aforesaid notice issued by the Opposite Party No.3, the Petitioner filed his objection under Section 7(2) of the Act. A copy whereof has been placed in Annexure-6 whereas no further proceeding has been undertaken by the authority. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and in absence of any objection from the side of the learned AGA it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3 shall, consider the objection filed by the Petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of this order and the result thereof shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 4. Needless to say that, upon a date fixed by the Opp. Party No.3, the Petitioner may raise all his contentions subject to the limitation prescribed to deal with the relevant provision. 5.
