2. Petitioner has challenged order dated 19.01.2018, passed under Excise Act. Learned State Counsel submits that writ petition has become infructuous, as the order was passed in terms of Excise Policy, 2017- 2018 and petitioner was granted license for retail sale of country liquor for Financial Year 2017-2018.
