Nawaz, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K K Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Osman Goni in connection with Bihpuria P. S. Case No.52/2026. Page No.# 2/2 3. The Osman Goni is the owner of the truck bearing registration number AS-01-TC-9568. This truck was seized by police while it was carrying 35 numbers of cattles. The cattles are already given in the custody of the owner. Even the truck has been given in the custody of the present petitioner. 4. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be protected under the law. Therefore, the application is allowed. 5. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner Osman Goni in connection with Bihpuria P. S. Case No.52/2026, he shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. With the aforesaid direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
