According to petitioner, a DHABA run by her late husband was damaged due to construction of Alaknanda Hydro Power Project; however, petitioner has not been rehabilitated despite the agreement entered between her husband and representatives of Alaknanda Hydro Power Project. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: (i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to provide the constructed Dhaba to the petitioner in any other place in terms of agreement dated 26.09.2008 (Annexure No. 1 Page No. 16 to 17 to the writ petition) executed between the respondent no. 3 and the husband of the petitioner Late Sri Bhagar Singh Barthwal 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to UKHC010119292026 2026:UHC:5690 make representation to the District Magistrate, who may be directed to take decision thereupon. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to District Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal within ten days from today. If she makes representation within stipulated time, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within twelve weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that representatives of Alaknanda Hydro Power Project shall also be heard before taking any decision. It shall be open to petitioner to move interim relief application before the District Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal.
