The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification in the judgment dated 28.08.2025 passed in Second Appeal No.193 of 2010, wherein in the cause title, the name of the father of respondent No.1 Kishun Oraon has been wrongly mentioned as Late Litangu Oraon due to typographical error. 2. It is submitted that the name of father of respondent No.1 Kishun Oraon is Budhuwa Lecha Oraon but due to typographical error, the same has been mentioned as Late Litangu Oraon which is the name of the grand-father of the respondent No.1 Kishun Oraon. 3. Considering the aforesaid error as clerical and typographical in nature, the petition filed by the petitioner for modification in the cause title as aforesaid is hereby allowed. The necessary amendment in cause title be reflected and it shall always be deemed that the name and correct address of respondent No.1 2026:JHHC:12875 will be read as "Kishun Oraon son of Late Budhuwa Lecha Oraon". 4.
