Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 324(5), 324(6), 326(F), 308(5), 111(4), 109(1) of B.N.S. and 27 of Arms Act and charge has been framed under Section 324(5)/190, 326(F)/190, 308(5)/190, 111(4)/190, 109(1)/190 of B.N.S and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 17.09.2025. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner was not arrested on the spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that the co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 16.03.2026, 18.03.2026 and 18.03.2026 in B.A. Nos.11653/25, 05/2026 and 722/26 respectively.
4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the fact that the co-accused have been granted bail, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by

furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.33/2025 corresponding to G.R. No.1109/25 and S.T. Case No.08/2026.
6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
