Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 05.05.2026 and a copy of office order dated 18.04.2026 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order dated 18.04.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court has been implemented, subject to final outcome of the curative petition filed by the Jal Shakti Vibhag in Balo Devi’s case as well as other legal remedy that may be pursued by the Government in relation to the judgments in Balo Devi, Sunder Singh and other similar cases. However, it is made clear that in case benefits flowing out of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi District Mandi, H.P. are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 3.
