Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation before the Competent Authority.
2. Heard the submissions advanced by the learned counsel.

In light of the aforesaid submission, this Court directs respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same within a period of 30 days of such filing, strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and the Circular issued by the Chief

4. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with the law if grievances of the petitioner still survive.
