Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender on time as they were doing the work of mason in the State of Punjab and Haryana. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that even anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioners, in spite of that the petitioners have not surrendered. 4. In view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court. 5. Order dated 05.02.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.627 of 2026 is modified to the above extent, rest of the order shall remain intact. 6. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
