Petitioner has challenged tentative notification dated 27.12.2017, issued by Urban Development Department, Government of Uttarakhand under Section 11-A and Section 11-B of Municipalities Act, 1916, whereby certain rural areas were proposed to be included within limits of Nagar Palika Parishad, Kichha. 3. Learned State Counsel points out that subsequent to issuance of provisional notification, final notification was also issued on 10.01.2018. Thus, he submits that reliefs as claimed in the writ petition do not survive UKHC010043772018 2026:UHC:5730 after issuance of final notification. 4. This Court finds substance in the said submission. 5. Having regard to subsequent development which has taken place, no relief can be granted. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
