This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special Session (PoCSO) Case No.69/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Sribhumi. 3. The petitioner Fujel Ahmed @ Fuzal Ahmed @ Rubel Ahmed has been shown as an absconder in the charge sheet. The petitioner apprehends that, he will be remanded to custody, if he appears voluntarily before the court below. 4. Mr. Ahmed has submitted that the petitioner is interested in facing the trial and therefore, he should be given adequate opportunities to that effect. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given adequate opportunities to that effect. 7. Therefore, the Bail Petition of the petitioner is allowed. 8. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, namely Fujel Ahmed @ Fuzal Ahmed @ Rubel Ahmed is directed to appear before the Court of the learned Special Judge, Sribhumi within next 15 days from today in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No.58/2025. On his appearance, the petitioner, namely, Fujel Ahmed @ Fuzal Ahmed @ Rubel Ahmed shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sribhumi.
