The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.25 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 407/420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co- accused and the recovery of rice has been made from the co accused namely Amit Ekka, who has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.10941 of 2022. He further submits that the co-accused, Prakash Turi has also been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.5551 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. 5. Considering that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.5551 of 2025 and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
