1. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an appeal before respondent No.2 challenging the order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure-P/3) passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Durg in Revenue Case No.202506100400307/B-121/2024-25. He submits that the aforesaid appeal has been registered by the Upper Collector Durg in Appeal/Case No.202508100200005/19 (Revenue Year:2024-25) which is pending since 13.08.2025 and same has not been decided yet. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking limited prayer of a direction to respondent No.2/Upper Collector Durg to decide the pending appeal expeditiously within stipulated time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the appeal is pending before respondent No.2, the same shall be decided as early as possible. 4.
Having considered the limited prayer made by the petitioner and that appeal is pending since 13.08.2025, respondent No.2 shall decide the Appeal No. 202508100200005/19
