The petitioner is holding the post of Chief Veterinary Officer in the Department of Animal Husbandry. He has assailed the order of his transfer dated 30.06.2026 whereby he was transferred and attached to the office of Chief Veterinary Officer, Udham Singh Nagar, keeping in mind the fact that he had undergone an open heart surgery. 2. On previous date of hearing, we granted liberty to the State Government to revisit its decision. 3. Learned State Counsel has placed before us the decision of the State Government dated 10.07.2026 whereby the transfer order dated 30.06.2026 has been revoked and the petitioner has now been attached in the 1 UKHC010117502026 2026:UHC:5704-DB same capacity at Government Poultry, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after seeking instructions from his client, states that no grievance is now left and the petitioner would join at the transferred place in pursuance to the order dated 10.06.2026, if has not already joined. 5.
