The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.2 to expedite the conciliation proceedings pending before him as per the representation dated 24.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has placed a report of the respondent no.2 before this Court wherein it appears that the petitioner herein applied with Form P-4 praying for a certificate of pendency of the dispute on 02.09.2025 and the office of the respondent no.2 issued Form S in his favour on the same date. 4. It is submitted by the private respondent company that the said certificate enables the petitioner to initiate a proceeding under Section 10 (1-B) of the Industrial Dispute Act. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has the option but the petitioner wants the conciliation proceedings to come to a logical end and prays for conclusion of the conciliation proceedings. 6. Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 7. Accordingly, the respondent no.2 is directed to continue and conclude/complete the conciliation proceedings at the earliest, in accordance with law, preferably within thirty days from the date of communication of this order. 8.
