The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No.06 of 2023(S), for the alleged offences registered under Section 366(A) of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned J.M., XII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in the course of investigation. He further submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case during investigation as the person who along with co-accused took the victim to Brambe by auto-rickshaw. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition. He then submits that in identical situation one co-accused has already been 2026:JHHC:12881 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2203 of 2026 granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.5784 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of taking the girl by the petitioner and Rohit Ram and they have dropped the girl at Brambe and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the same allegations are made against Rohit Ram and he has been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid A.B.A. and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., XII, Ranchi in connection with Mandar P.S.
