Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a final report before the Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, on 28.01.2026, which was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2026. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of above submission and endorsement made by the learned Govt.
