Notice. Ms. Shurtika Chauhan, Advocate, vice Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisht, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. 2 The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment, dated 7.10.2025, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 15800/2025. 3 Learned vice counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication issued by the Regional

2 Manager, HRTC, Palampur to the Financial Advisor-cum- C.A.O. HRTC, Shimla, whereby DCRG and leave encashment have been paid to the petitioners.
The aforesaid communication is taken on record. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that interest has not been paid to the petitioners. 5 Faced with this situation, learned vice counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the interest shall be paid to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today. 6 Consequently, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is according closed. However, it is made clear that in case any of the grievances still remains unaddressed, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings by filing appropriate application. Notices are discharged.
