The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order dated 18.09.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 6961/2019. 2. By the aforesaid order, the respondent authorities were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of financial benefit in terms of the Government Notification dated 25.05.2011, under which certain financial up- gradations were given as part of the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS in short) on completion of 10 (ten) years of regular service and also after 24 (twenty four) years of regular service. 3. Mr. S. M.T.Chistie, learned counsel and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned counsel representing the respondents/contemnors submit that the relevant exercise was carried out and accordingly, the concerned Department has intimated the Accountant General (A&E), Assam as regards the sanction of financial up- gradation under the provision of the Govt. Notification dated 25.05.2011. Page No.# 3/3 4. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 18.09.2019 (supra) is complied with. 5. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
