BIMOL SINGH O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M. Sundar, CJ] 17.08.2026 [1] When the captioned MC (Miscellaneous Case) application was taken up, Mr. Md. Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel on record for MC applicant was before this Court (Physical Court). [2] It came to light that an error has crept in qua the MC application, more particularly in paragraph No. 4 thereat as the date of filing writ appeal has been wrongly given as 08.08.2026. [3] Faced with the above situation, Mr. Md. Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel on record for MC applicant sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned MC application but made a further plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of MC applicant, condonation of delay (CoD) application afresh after making necessary course correction/s. [4] Afore-referred request of learned counsel on record for MC applicant is acceded to.
