However, due to an inadvertent mistake on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the STC Number was wrongly mentioned as STC No.150 of 2020 instead of STC No.150 of 2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 4.
