Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has already acquitted by the judgment dated 14.02.2023 in Dhanwar PS Case No.317 of 2016 (G.R.No.3369 of 2016). He submits that by way of Annexure-3 the petitioner has filed the petition before the learned trial court to release the said amount, as the direction was that shall be subject to the final result of the case. He then submits that, however, no order is passed by the learned court. 3. Once the petition is filed before the learned court, the Court is required to pass the order, as such, this petition is disposed of directing the learned court to pass appropriate order considering that the petitioner has already been acquitted and the deposition was subject to final result of the case. 4.
