Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the said order was modified by order dated 28.01.2026 in Cr.MP No.3671 of 2025 and two-weeks’ time was provided. He submits, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender as the petitioner has fell ill and she was advised for complete bed rest for 10 days and to buttress his such argument, he refers to Annexure-3. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that extension was already provided and in spite of that, the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. The petitioner has already provided anticipatory bail and there is no doubt that once the surrender time was extended, however, Annexure-3 is the document of Dr. Lal Kumar Mishra, who is Ex-Civil Surgeon and from which it transpires that the petitioner was suffering from high fever and vomiting tendency and she was advised for 10 days bed rest, and in that view of the matter, one week’s further time from today is hereby extended to surrender before the learned court. 5. Order dated 12.08.2025 passed in ABA No.4048 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the Order is kept intact. 7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
