By order dated 13.10.2024 the Additional Tahasildar, Puri directed the correction of the ROR in favour of the petitioner as per detailed order passed in Misc. Case No.123 of 2018 arising out of SRP No.40 of 2016. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that said order has not yet been carried out. 5. Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is disposed of directing the Additional Tahasildar, Puri to ensure that the above mentioned order passed by her is actually given effect to by making necessary changes in the ROR.
