However, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has objections regarding the relevancy of those documents in a testamentary suit. 4. Since the application has been filed only for the purpose of receiving those documents, in the event the original documents are filed, the same may be received. 5. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is at liberty to raise his objections at the time of marking, in case the documents are found to be not relevant. 6. With these observations, liberty is granted to the counsels.
