Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) Heard for some time. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, that the petitioners would be contented in case the learned trial Court is directed to decide the application filed by plaintiff under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC finally and till such time, if the parties are directed to maintain status quo qua the nature, possession and construction over the suit land. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. Consequently, the learned Trial Court is directed to decide the application filed by the plaintiffs under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC within a period of one month from today. 5. It is made clear that till the decision of the said application, both parties shall maintain status quo qua nature, possession, and construction over the suit land.
