Learned HCGP raises a preliminary objection that the order impugned is passed by the Tahsildar in terms of Sections 127 and 128 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (for short 'the KLR Act, 1964') pursuant to a registered instrument i.e. sale deed dated 28.07.2016, mutating and entering the name of the purchaser in the RTC. Learned HCGP submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved of the order passed by the Tahsildar the petitioner will have to approach the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9895 WP No. 194 of 2024 Assistant Commissioner under Section 136(2) of the KLR Act, 1964. 3.
