By way of this writ petition, the petitioner herein has questioned the impugned order dated 03/02/2020 (Annexure P/4) passed by the respondent No. 3 by which her application for compassionate appointment has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order passed by respondent No. 3 is absolutely unsustainable and bad in law and is liable to be set aside. 3. Learned State counsel supports the impugned order and submits that the instant writ petition, being devoid of merits, is liable to be dismissed. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions made herein above and went through the record with utmost circumspection. 5. A careful perusal of the impugned order (Annexure P/4) would show that since one member of petitioner’s family is already in Government service, therefore, in light of the circulars issued by the State Government dated 22/03/2016 and 29/08/2016, petitioner’s application for compassionate appointment has been dismissed, which is absolutely in accordance with law and does not suffer from any perversity or illegality (See: State of Chhattisgarh v. Kevra Bai Markandey and Anr. 1 ). I do not find any merit in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition, being devoid of merits, is hereby dismissed leaving the parties to bear their own cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K.
