In view of the repeated non- representation, this Court directed that the matter be listed under the caption „For Dismissal‟. 3. Even though the matter is listed today under the caption „For Dismissal‟, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The repeated absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
