Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That respondents No.1 and 2 may kindly be directed to release/grant its share to the extent of 95% towards the remaining amount of gratuity, as revised vide office memorandum dated 25.02.2022, forthwith. Respondent No.3-College may also be directed to release and pay its share to the extent of 5% towards the balance payment revised gratuity in favour of the petitioner; (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay statutory interest to the petitioner on the delayed payment of balance amount of Gratuity, within a period of one month.” 2. State of H.P. and another, decided on 05.05.2026. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that as he has been recently engaged on behalf of the said respondent, he may be granted some time to assist the Court. List on 19.05.2026, as prayed for.” 3. Today, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 could not dispute that the case is indeed covered by the judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court, referred to in CWP No.7964 of 2024, titled Anjali Dewan Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, decided on 05.05.2026. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench shall be construed to have been passed in the present petition also and all the directions that stand issued therein, shall be deemed to have been passed in the present case also. The benefit in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench be conferred upon the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
