The order passed by the learned Single Judge is based on the entries made in the relevant revenue records. The place where the burial was taking place is recorded as “Odai Poramboke”. 3. In view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Jagadheeswari and 4 others v. B.Babu Naidu and 6 others1, the directions issued by the learned Single Judge to exhume the buried bodies and re-inter the same at the notified burial place does not warrant any interference. Writ appeal is, therefore, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands closed.
