Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s claim for placement at Selection Grade/Reader w.e.f 30.04.2004 and subsequently other higher cadres. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant pay scale as per 7th Pay commission for the post of selection grade/reader to the petitioner along with interest and arrears w.e.f. 30.04.2004. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass such further orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as Lecturer (Civil Engineering) in Govt. Engineering College, Jagdalpur in they year 1993. Petitioner was granted senior pay scale with effect from 30.04.1999 by the Department of Education, State of Chhattisgarh. He submits that according to Chhattisgarh Technical Education (Gazetted) Service (Teaching Cadre- Engineering College) Recruitment Rules, 2005 petitioner being working as lecturer in senior scale is eligible for placement as reader. The post of reader is of selection grade, however, petitioner is not being paid the selection grade for which petitioner is submitting representation before the 3 / 3 concerned authorities since last about 15 years, however, none of his representation has been considered till now, therefore, direction be issued to concerned respondent authority to consider and take decision on the representations submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, however she submits that the recent representation which is submitted by petitioner before the concerned authority is only a reminder representation. 4. Considering the nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering that petitioner has submitted representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before respondent no. 2 and 3 and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
