Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 385, 503, 306, 511 of IPC and Section 67/67(A) of I.T. Act.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 15.02.2023 about 3 years and 3 months. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as the petitioner had played any active role either in instigating or abetting the commission of attempting to suicide by the informant’s wife nor any video clips or photographs were recovered from the mobile of the petitioner. He lastly submitted that the earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2023 in B.A. No.4912 of 2023 and 13.06.2025 in B.A. No.4658 of 2025 and charge has been framed on 16.03.2025 and 4 charge sheet witnesses have been examined out of 11 charge sheet witnesses till date.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of

the case and looking to the fact that charge has been framed and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2023 more than 3 years, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- II, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No.425/23 arising out of Namkum P.S. Case No.26/2023.
6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and one of the bailor shall be his father and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
