Mr. N. Arun Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, would submit that the respondent police has now filed the Final Report, which is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2024; and that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Trial Court and seeks modification. 3. Mr. S. Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), confirms that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. 4. Considering the above-said submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and direct the petitioner to appear once in fifteen days before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. and on all hearing dates, until further orders.
