CMP No. 10119/2026 Learned vice counsel for respondents has placed on record copy of office letter dated 11.05.2026 from Regional Manager, H.R.T.C, Local Unit-II, Dhalli, Shimla, H.P. and on that basis submits that all retiral benefits admissible to the petitioner including interest component on account of late payment of retiral benefits are released in his favour. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest on account of late payment of pension arrears has not been released. Learned vice counsel for the respondents submits that in case there is any shortfall in the amount due to be paid to the petitioner that shall also be made good within six weeks i.e. by or before 23.06.2026.
