The petitioner has 昀椀led this petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No. 496/2018 2 (wrongly mentioned as 496/2019 in the 昀椀nal report) registered by the Police Station, Torwa, District Bilaspur, for the o昀昀ences under Sections 420, 468, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66-C and 66-D of the I.t. Act. 3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls. 4. From perusal of the order sheets, it transpires that no interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner in the present case. 5. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 21.05.2020, a learned Single Judge of this Court had directed to list this matter alongwith Cr.M.P. No.715/2020, 昀椀led by the petitioner herein. Perusal of the order dated 22.08.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench in Cr.M.P. No. 715/2020 goes to show that the said petition was dismissed as having become infructous on the ground that a compromise had been arrived at between the parties. 6. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter and the same has become infructuous due to e昀툀ux of time. 7. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
