GP FOR FORESTS (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents and their subordinates in interfering with the cultivation activities in respect of the land to extent of Ac.15.76 cents in Sy.No.355/4 situated at Somavaram Village, Chatrai Mandal of Krishna Dist., as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in any manner.” 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Ravulapati Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is no more and the legal representatives of the Petitioner have not come forward to implead them in this petition.
