By order dated 15.07.2019, passed in WP(C) No. 4666/2014, this Court directed the respondent authorities to release the arrear of pay allowance entitled to the petitioner for the period of suspension after necessary verification, which was already treated to be on duty by the authority. 3. Mr. S.M.T.Chistie, learned counsel representing the Department of School Education, on instruction submits that the Department of School Education has already sanctioned an amount of Rs. 47,076/- to the petitioner. 4. Mr. Chistie, learned counsel representing the Department of School Education has produced a copy of the communication dated 02.01.2025 under the signature of the Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam in the Department of School Education Department addressed to the Accountant General (A&E), Assam, whereby intimated about such sanction. Page No.# 3/3 5. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 15.07.2019 is complied. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 7.
