The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to file the final charge- sheet against the respondent No.2/accused in FIR No. 256/2023 registered by the police of Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) within the period of 15 days, in the interest of justice. ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 for proper investigation and file proper charge-sheet under the proper sections of Indian Penal Code, because the respondent No.2/accused dishonestly induced the property, therefore, the Section 420 of IPC is also made out against the respondent No.2/accused, in the interest of justice.” 3.
