It is further alleged that the petitioners were involved in duping many people of their money. 4. Mr. Parasar has objected to those bail applications on the ground that there are sufficient materials in the case diary to show that the petitioners were prima facie involved in betting. According to Mr. Parasar, sufficient time should be given to the Investigating Agency to investigate the matter properly. Mr. Parasar has submitted that for proper investigation, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is also necessary. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 6. The allegations brought against the petitioners are connected to economic offences of our country. The investigating officer has also objected to this bail application and prayed for giving sufficient opportunity to the investigating agency to investigate the case properly. 7. For the aforesaid reasons, this Court is of the opinion that these two bail applications are devoid of merit. Therefore, the bail applications of the petitioners Moyen Uddin, Rafikul Islam, Shahajul Islam, Lokman Hakim, Monir Uddin, Rashid Kabir, Sanjoy Mandal are rejected and disposed of accordingly. Case Diary shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
