Heard Sri Anand Kumar holding brief of Sri Bhriguram Ji Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2, Board of Revenue at Prayagraj to expedite the hearing of Revision No. 2217 of 2025, pending before it. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 6.6.2025 the revision filed by the petitioner was heard and order was passed issuing notices and summoning record of the court below. On 18.8.2025, the counsel for the parties were heard and the matter was reserved for orders. However, a perusal of the order, dated 23.3.2026, annexed alongwith the supplementary affidavit filed today in Court, shows that respondent no. 2 has again fixed 25.5.2026, as the next date, for hearing on the admission of the revision, summoning the records of the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that twice the matter was heard but no orders were passed admitting or rejecting the revision filed by the petitioner. The revision is being adjourned for no justifiable reasons, therefore, a time frame may be fixed for early disposal of the revision filed by the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Kumar Gupta, Bhriguram Ji, Deo Brat Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Keshav Prashad .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforementioned Revision, itself, in accordance with law, within a period of six months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
