Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief which is sought before this Court has already worked out as the said restaurant is closed. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Recording the said submission, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. All IA’s in the petition shall stand closed.
